Explore the fascinating world of Sound Yoga (Naad Yoga) with The Bhakti Connection. This unique approach to using and practising ancient vibrational technologies will be sure to leave you energized for Spring! Receive instruction and practical uses for yogic chanting, sacred sound healing, ceremony and the art of Japa (mantra repetition). Especially great for yogis who play or love music!All welcome and no previous experience necessary. All materials provided, bring a blanket or shawl and wear loose comfortable clothing.
