Mahamrityunjaya Mantra (maha-mrityun-jaya) is one of the more potent of the ancient Sanskrit mantras. Maha mrityunjaya is a call for enlightenment and is a practice of purifying the karmas of the soul at a deep level. It is also said to be quite beneficial for mental, emotional, and physical health and longevity. It is a regarded as a life saving prayer.
Translation: Lord Shiva is the three eyed god. Shiva is always perfumed. He fosters all the creatures of the Universe. Lord Shiva releases from death for the sake of immortality, as cucumber detaches its bondage of the vine. We worship Lord Shiva to liberate us from death.

Words of Guru Nanak from the Sikh tradition, meaning: All honor to the One, hail the Primal Being whose attributes cannot be described, who is without beginning, the un-struck sound, and whose form is one through every age.

Allah is a word for God. In Arabic, the word means simply “the God”.
The words “Sami Allahu Liman Hamidah” are heard near the end, in the background, meaning “God hears those who praise him”.

Salutations to the feminine energy, which represents art in all forms, music and knowledge. She is considered mother of the Vedas (sacred texts) and all sacred knowledge. Chanting this mantra strengthens and enhances the practices of art, music and knowledge.

For all the beings up in the sky, there is light for you, there is love for you.
And all the beings out on the Earth, there is light for you, there is love for you.
And all the beings down in the Earth, there is light for you, there is love for you.
